Be a part of something big! Join Ultimate Products' international business this summer in our Sales Team. While working alongside Sales Directors and being involved in their Major Accounts, you will be tasked with maximising revenue by identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities within your assigned independent retail customer base. Your objectives will be to effectively promote and sell our wide range of products, all while meeting company targets.

The Sales Development Programme

 We are seeking motivated candidates who possess a strong passion for sales and account management, along with an eagerness to cultivate a successful long-term career. The ideal candidate will already have 1-2 years’ experience within a selling environment (such as recruitment) and now want to utilise those transferable skills within the retail branded consumer goods sector. We are seeking talented individuals and in return we will provide structured training, sales opportunities and invaluable professional experience.

  • Structured Training Programmes on Selling Techniques and Sales Theory.
  • Mentoring from Sales Directors and involvement in their major accounts.
  • Internal Training on Best Practice, Product Knowledge and Selling techniques.
  • Opportunities to travel, attend trade shows and exhibitions and showrooms.
  • The ability to sell to retail customers, build a customer portfolio and earn excellent commission.

What we look for

Candidates must be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic, with an interest in pursuing a career in a leading international business. Application requirements:

  • Strong Academics at A-Level or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 12-24 months sales based experience.
  • Demonstrate a technical mind with the ability to identify problems.
  • Strong writing skills with the competence to quickly compose emails.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work.
  • Assertive and confident with a proactive approach to work.
  • The most important bit is your talent, determination and drive, bring that with you and we can provide you with the tools to succeed.
