Process Developer

As a Process Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing systems that enhance productivity and profitability using low/no code platforms. You'll collaborate with various teams to create scalable solutions, support key business software systems, and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities

As part of Ultimate Products' Process Development Team, your role will be pivotal in supporting various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of business processes.

Initial job duties will include:

  • Support Key Business Systems: Handle daily operations including troubleshooting issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Implement Solutions: Design and develop efficient systems to automate tasks and improve productivity using low/no code platforms.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports, analyse data for trends, and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
  • User Engagement: Liaise with users to understand their requirements, resolve queries promptly, and provide training where necessary.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain technical documentation, ensure compliance with best practices and relevant regulations.

We’re seeking ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic candidates with a strong interest in pursuing a career in process development within a leading international business. Here’s what you’ll need to apply:

  • Educational Background: Educated to degree level at 2:1 or above – Maths and Science degrees would be advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-12 months part time experience
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a committed and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Programming skills are not required – This is a Low/no code environment
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
