Are you looking to take the next step in your E-Commerce career?

Be part of something big. Join Ultimate Products in our E-Commerce team, where your work will directly influence how our products perform across major online retailers and global marketplaces. Acting as a key link between internal teams and key platform partners, you’ll play a crucial role in driving online growth, enhancing digital product performance and supporting the continued expansion of our well-loved consumer brands.

Ultimate Products is a leading consumer goods business supplying over 300 major retailers across the UK and Europe. With an extensive portfolio of household brands and ambitious growth plans, our E-Commerce function is integral to how we maximise visibility, conversion and sales across key digital platforms.

We’re looking for someone with some existing experience in E-Commerce, whether that’s marketplace management, online trading, digital merchandising or a similar analytical role. If you’re looking for a change or want to accelerate your career in a high-growth, data-driven environment, this is an opportunity to build deep capability through hands-on work, structured development and exposure across the full E-Commerce lifecycle.

You will take on meaningful responsibility from day one, helping to optimise listings, analyse performance and work directly with platforms such as Amazon, eBay and international online retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining product listings across key E-Commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, optimisation and strong digital presentation.

• Reporting on weekly performance, analysing KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ROI, PPC effectiveness and promotional success.

• Identifying trends and gaps within the online retail market — both UK and European — and proposing actionable recommendations.

• Supporting digital trading activity through pricing reviews, promotional planning and competitor benchmarking.

• Working closely with marketing, content and data teams to ensure all product information, imagery and assets meet platform requirements.

• Collaborating with external E-Commerce account managers (e.g., Amazon, eBay) to support advertising strategy, promotional campaigns and account expansion.

• Coordinating key meetings, preparing performance reports and ensuring all stakeholders receive accurate and timely information.

• Supporting the execution of advertising campaigns through PPC analysis and ROI tracking.
